For a Healthy and Gracious Living Too…
Plants are very useful to humans. It sustain us for survival. On the other hand, plants don’t only provide us food and shelter but it absorb the air pollutants, one threat to the destruction of our Mother Earth .
Yes, through the process of photosynthesis, the food processing in plants,Carbon Dioxide (CO2) being stored in the trunks and stems of trees and plants is used plus water(H2O), the presence of chlorophyll, and light energy to produce glucose which in turn release Oxygen(O),the air we breathe into the atmosphere. Through this process, the accumulated CO2 that traps heat and causes a gradual increase in the temperature of the earth’s surface in the atmosphere will be lessened. This green house effect has many consequences one of which is the melting of the polar caps. If more trees and plants will be propagated or planted this could be a big help to protect the ozone layer. This maybe a tedious and heavy task specially for those who are not plant lovers. But, we could still share with no boredom or exerting too much effort, How?
Read-
Based on NASA study, there were common plants that could help reduced toxins .With these common plants around us , the environment will be cleaned, improving the air we breathe outside and inside our home, school, office or any workplace. These plants could eliminate work related pollutants like:1).Trichloroethylene which can cause liver damage and the pollutant sources are adhesives, paints, varnishes.2). Formaldyhyde which can cause eye, nose and throat irritation and some
of the sources are facial tissues, deodorizers, wax papers. grocery bags, plywood and carpets.3). Benzene which can cause drowsiness, eye and nose irritation. Its sources are inks, paints detergents tobacco smoke, synthetic fibers, dyes.4). Xylene which can cause drowsiness and headache. The sources are certain type of pens, drawing instruments.5).Carbon Monoxide can cause heart failure or even death for too much inhalation. The pollutant sources are water heater, burning candles. auto exhaust, stove (kerosene/gas)
What should we do?

Grace and Accentuate our place with these common plants!

Peace Lily(Spathiphyllum)

Aloe Vera(Sabila) absorbs Formaldyhyde

These plants are so easy to grow. Not like other plants, pests and insects are not easily attracted to harm or destroy
these plants.
Ornamenting our place with plants does not only beautify it but at the same time it detoxify the area and absorb harmful gases. Staying in a secluded and tightly sealed places are more hazardous to health. If plants are placed in a room, it just not add life and color to it, but also make a healthier living.
Some health benefits: 1. It helps attain peace and tranquility.
2. It helps a person to feel calm and relax. 3. It helps reduce muscle tension.
4. It helps a person to understand thoughts and ideas easily.
In other words, plants are therapeutic, natural healers.
PROOF- I have some of these plants in my office -Sanseviera, Spider plant, Areca palm, Devil’s ivy, Aloe vera, and Mums. With regard to the said benefits, it works! In addition to this, decorating the place could also help lower electrical consumption because of its cooling effect.
Some quotes on environment:

2. “There is sufficiency in the world for man’s need but not for man’s greed.”
- Mohandas K. Ghandi
3. “Man must feel the earth to know himself and recognize his values…
God made life simple. It is man who complicates it.”
- Charles A. Lindenbergh

Hello there.
I have something to say, about aloe Vera, something about which you wrote above, about health and nutritional… For a long time, I and my good friend use the products of the FLP Company. We each time see the nice results and also we make money for our families and we are happy. My friend works with aloe Vera in the company of forever living products has more than 5 years (My friend works ONLY in the forever living and has a wife and three children). I know aloe Vera products for skin care for a long time, but a year ago, began working as a distributor in the FLP
Company.
Of course, job is not easy, but in no other case, you can earn so much much money with so much fun and smiling faces around.
So if you want to discuss something about your post, and about my experience with AloeVera products for weight management, I’ll always be glad to talk.
Best regards from Seattle and have a nice day!
Andrew - Aloe Vera Distributor
P.S. isangupuan.com - THE BEST!!!
