Before, I thought I was an ordinary person with nothing to offer. I was a person with so many fears which inhibited me from doing things which I knew I had the capacity to do. I remained staying in a secluded place, in my comfort zone… with no progression.
One time, we had an activity in my previous employer. We were asked by the facilitator to get something inside the activity room which symbolized one of our weaknesses. I got a piece of paper and scrolled it. Why? I needed someone who will push me to move, stand on my own and prove my worth.
I was then given challenges that will help me overcome my fears. At first, I was hesitant but my friends and even my administrators were pushing me up and giving me so much encouragement. “You can do it!” they said. And then suddenly, I was awaken from deep slumber. I dared to solve the charades of life and refute the hindrances along its every niche.
Until now, with the help of my motivators, slowly my talents are being tapped. They let me believe that I could still give my best. I should keep on digging whatever are still hidden.
Going along the way, there were many tasks, challenges and difficulties to bring out the best in me. I try to look at this from a different perspective. It’s so appealing and attractive, magnetizing me to give my best to the fullest!
” O GOD, my Creator, thank you for making me as I am.
Thank you for my health and for my talents.
Thank you for my eyes to see, for ears to hear,
for hands to work, for feet to walk and run,
for a mind to think, for a memory to remember,
for a heart to LOVE, for a wonderful life to LIVE.”
